    My first build.

I am running a quad core processor and have well over 12 terabytes of space. Btw, this is my first PC I have ever built.

AMD A6-3650, ASUS F1A75-V PRO, and 8GB DDR3-1866 Enthusiast Motherboard, CPU, Memory Bundle - I am thinking about switching. Any ideas? I think its OK but not amazing.

Intel i7-980 3.33Ghz Hex-Core LGA1366 Processor w/ 12MB L3 - I feel ripped off. Over $500 on sale? Jesus, was it a good choice? This build has to last me 5 years!

~Please note, I wont be playing CA on this one! This is my all purpose PS and music computer. I edit videos here, make music, and do my art and yes, play many games on this one. However I think I did well for my first build. Right now I am running on about a 9 year old pc. Sad day!

Why do you need so much Memory Space and RAM?

I host well over 100,000+ songs over 5 different computers in my house. And I have 10 or more games along with Photoshop, Illustrator, and GFX Studios. I also like to have it there when I need it. Makes things roomy ;D

The big thing I see is the hard drive listed is at 5400 rpm. I would jump that to a 7200 rpm. You can tell a big difference between 5400 and 7200-

The rest seem fine to me. And if you are running photoshop or autodesk with many add ons 12 gigs or more will be nice and a fast harddrive to locate them all.

Since you have a $1000 processor you might want to get some good ram with that. Not sure if you bought the processor or not, but if you did that will not work on the current motherboard you listed as LGA 1156. I suggest ASUS/Evga. As far as ram goes i would probably get nothing less than 12Gb DDR3 2000mhz.
