Unlike buying a used computer or a car.. steam accounts do not go down in value .. because the price of the games you bought are still current .. So you probably have at least $150 worth of games on that account.

If you ONLY wants GTA EFLC than why not just buy it from steam? I guess I'm just a little confused by your logic :/
