Any way to increase fan speed?

i am poor at the moment so dont judge me or say anything bad, but i have a GeForce 8400 GS 512mb and it has a small fan but then i was wonder if there is a way to increase the fan speed since the speedfan and the nvidia monitor are just showing less than 300rpm. also is there a power supply that has a main connector that is 24pin, that is very small since i have a small form factor computer, dont yell at me to get a new computer since i dont have money to build my own at the moment

I don't know of any way to increase the fan speed, but your could replace the fan with one of the same physical size and voltage, but one that has a much higher CFM (Cubic Feet per Minute) rating which would have the same effect by moving more air and increasing your cooling capacity, which I believe is what you really want to do here.

Why would anyone make fun of you? You are doing the best you can and you are here. Only person that would make fun of you is a person on a ego trip.

As Snuke said, replace the fan with another one with a higher CFM and RPM of the same size. newegg or tigerdirect has plenty of them under $10 USD

try to keep it in a cool area, and get a regular fan and open the sides of the cases and let the air circulate, it will keep it cool.

You could potentially make something similar work, although a refrigerator is designed to keep cool things cool and not designed to cool sources that give off a lot of continuous heat like PC components do.
