Dual Booting Windows 7 And Windows 8

So I actually have Windows 8. And I created a new partition and installed windows 7 on there and used the DAZ loader to install the key. I have everything right. :albino: :albino: For some odd reason, when I load up my computer and choose windows 7. I have no internet connection. I have an Ethernet cable plugged in but for some reason it says it can't find any of my adapters? Additional help?

Sounds like the card is disabled, or missing a driver on your Win 7 partition.
Go to Devise Manager in the control panel on Win 7 and find the Nic card to see if it is disabled or shows no driver installed.

Yeah its the first one listed as the Ethernet controller. The PCI one is part of the card as well

Double clicking on the item will show you if its disabled, or if there is no driver installed for this devise.

If there is no driver installed, then you will want to install one, It should give you an option to search for a driver for this devise.
This will give you the option to search locally (PC side) or Internet.
Use the Internet option to see if it will find a driver from Windows that will work

The problem is the Driver that came with your PC is one that is compatible with Win 8.
You need one that is compatible with Win 7 and down.
Your card itself is compatible, it just boils down to not having the driver file installed for it.

If no driver file is found a generic driver file should be able to be used.
This can be done by manually adding the driver. You should see this option as well
