Difference between De.Bug and High Roller

Could you please explain the difference between the VIP packages 'de.bug' and 'high roller'?
From my understanding these both offer the same hacks? And 4 weeks is the same as 28 days, right?

The de.bug cheat pack comes with the cheats from de.bug.
The HR chat pack comes with the cheats from de.bug and R4z8r.

However at this time due to a large VAC update many of the cheats by R4z8r are currently offline.

The difference is the HR subscription gives you access to all VIP sections of the forum, not just de.bugs

If I'm correct, by paying the 20$ fee, this gives me access to the downloadable hacks.
But the limited duration is for the access to that data, right?
Once I downloaded the hacks, they don't have a time limit...?

The cheats will expire as soon as your subscription expires.
