Hello, I've had my verified Paypal account for a while now, but I don't have access to a credit-card or anything.

Could I still make a payment to fpspayments@gmail.com or is there anyway that I can pay without a CC?

No, you need to add a CC to your PayPal account to make the payment to us but we do have another option. Get yourself a Debit Card and pay true the manual payment option.

You're correct Paid, that fpsc email is no longer a payment option. Paypal purchases can be made Here and manual payment purchases can be made Here and these are currently our only purchase options.
